Ideato dagli psicologi Hal e Sidra Stone e ispirato alle scoperte di Carl Jung, il . è un metodo semplice, potente e spesso sorprendente per entrare in contatto con le molteplici parti, o “sé”, che compongono la nostra personalità. Questi aspetti interiori influenzano profondamente il nostro modo di pensare, di relazionarci e di affrontare la vita. Attraverso il dialogo con questi sé, possiamo sviluppare maggiore consapevolezza, equilibrio e libertà nelle nostre scelte quotidiane.

During the seminar, we will explore:

• The Foundations of Voice Dialogue: Understanding how the method works and how to engage in dialogue with our inner selves to achieve greater self-awareness and balance.
• Relationship Dynamics and the Energy of Inner Selves: Every interaction is influenced by different aspects of ourselves that come into play in relationships. Recognizing these energies helps us understand both the challenges and strengths in interpersonal connections, providing tools for more authentic and harmonious communication.
• The Inner Critic: That voice that tells us we are not good enough, that judges or holds us back. Through Voice Dialogue, we will learn how to transform the Inner Critic from an obstacle into a valuable ally.
• Shadowdance and Owning Circles: A journey into the exploration of the parts of ourselves that we tend to repress or project onto others. Through these processes, we will learn to recognize and integrate our shadows and the qualities we attribute to others, freeing vital energy and developing a more authentic and complete sense of self-awareness.

The seminar combines practical demonstrations, experiential exercises, dream exploration, movement, individual sessions, and guided practice moments.
